Retro-Smoke Cigar: Oliva Master Blends 2 Churchill |
| 10/26/2008 9:02:55 AM |
Earlier this week I alluded to the cigar I'm writing about today: The Oliva Master Blends 2 Churchill. I've had this cigar in my humidor for about three years, and must admit that I was a bit sad at the thought of lighting it up, since it was not only my last, but maybe one of the last of these cigars on earth. Since Oliva only made these in limited edition, they've become... Read More |

| 10/19/2008 7:57:24 AM |

How Do you rate a Cigar? |
| 10/13/2008 8:26:08 PM |
The cigar ratings supplied by publications like Cigar Magazine and Cigar Aficionado form an important part of the modern cigar industry. For cigar smokers, these ratings provide guidance in a crowded market.
As pressed-for-time moviegoers may look to Roger Ebert for guidance at the multiplex, smokers use the magazines'' ratings to cut down on their in-store browsing time.... Read More |

Reviving dry cigars kept in a factory cigar box |
| 10/10/2008 5:37:23 PM |
I was going through a list of past "advice" columns this morning when I found this lil' nugget. I updated it a bit and hope you find it useful:
If you store your cigars in their factory boxes and they're starting to dry out, here's a really good way to revive them. Note that if the cigars are very dry they will be difficult to revive satisfactorily. The key is, if... Read More |

What Drinks Go Best with Cigars |
